AtlasPay had 3,200 issues in Jira and wanted out. They were worried the migration would mean two weeks of engineers not shipping.
How TechSync fit in
Friday evening migration. The Jira importer ran in 14 minutes. One custom field (their "Compliance Owner" field) needed a manual mapping that support engineer Bilal Khan handled in about 90 minutes on Saturday morning. The team was shipping new issues in TechSync by Monday.
