Terms of Service

Last updated March 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TechSync service operated by TechSync Software Pvt Ltd (“TechSync”). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

1. The service

TechSync provides a hosted issue-tracking, sprint-planning, standups, and docs product for software teams. Feature availability is determined by your plan; see /pricing for current tiers.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may be used only by the named individual — shared logins are not permitted.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you put into a TechSync workspace (“Customer Content”). You grant us the limited licence to host, store, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate the Service. We do not train any model on Customer Content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, (b) use the Service to build a competing product, (c) use the Service to send spam or unlawful content, (d) attempt to exceed your plan’s rate limits by automated means, or (e) interfere with other customers’ use of the Service.

5. Fees and billing

Fees are per active seat per month or per year, as shown at the time of purchase. Monthly plans are charged on a recurring monthly basis; annual plans are charged up-front. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly provided in our refund policy at /legal/dpa. Sales tax and VAT are added where applicable.

6. Trial and free plan

Our Starter plan is free for up to 3 seats and 250 active issues per workspace. Paid plans may offer a 14-day trial. Free accounts inactive for 180 consecutive days may be archived.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience at the end of the current billing term. We may suspend or terminate for material breach after written notice and a 14-day cure period. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days; after that we hard-delete.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond what is mandated by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing law

For UK/EEA customers contracted with TechSync UK Ltd, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For all other customers contracted with TechSync Software Pvt Ltd, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the chosen jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will email workspace admins at least 30 days before it takes effect.
