Issues
Creating and editing issues
Issues are the atom of work in TechSync. Every issue has a unique ID like `PLAT-342`.
The issue graph: parents, children, blockers
Issues can reference other issues as parent, child, blocked-by, or related.
Priority Inbox
Triage support tickets, bug reports and inbound issues into the right team in seconds. Business and Enterprise only.
Views and filters
Save a filter as a view. Views are personal by default; shared views live at the team level.
Sprints
Cycles (sprints)
Two-week iterations by default. Everything not finished rolls forward, with a reason.
Cycle reports and velocity
Every cycle ends with an auto-generated report covering velocity, rollovers, and slippage.
Milestones and roadmap view
Milestones span multiple cycles and map to concrete dates on the roadmap.
