Slack integration

Mirror standups, notifications, and the support bot into a Slack channel.

The TechSync Slack app does three things:

  1. Standup mirror — your async standup thread mirrors into a configurable Slack channel, with replies that work in either direction.
  2. Notifications — issue assignments, mentions, and cycle events go to DMs or a configured channel.
  3. Support agent — add the bot to a #support channel and it will respond to customer messages with the same context as the web widget.

Install from Integrations → Slack. You can revoke access at any time. See slack doc for the full install flow.
