GitHub integration

Two-way sync between TechSync issues and GitHub PRs, branches, and issues.

Install the TechSync GitHub app from the integrations page. After install, you can:

  • Auto-link PRs to issues by prefixing the branch or PR title with the issue ID (PLAT-342)
  • Move an issue to "In review" when a PR opens, "Done" when it merges
  • Pull GitHub issues into Priority Inbox for triage
  • Post TechSync comments to the linked PR when the issue is updated

Repository scope: you can install on specific repositories; we never request access to private code.
