Workspaces, teams and projects
How TechSync organises work: workspace → teams → projects → issues.

A workspace is the root tenancy — one per company. Inside it:
- Teams are people that ship together (e.g. Platform, iOS, Growth).
- Projects are specific bodies of work (e.g. "v3 dashboard", "iOS 17 launch").
- Issues live in a project and are owned by a team.
Billing is per seat across the whole workspace. You cannot move issues across workspaces without a migration — contact support if you need this.
