How TechSync bills and how to manage seats, upgrades and downgrades.

TechSync bills per active seat per month. An active seat is any human who has logged in during the last 30 days.
- Charges run on the same day of the month you originally subscribed.
- Annual plans are ~22% cheaper than monthly.
- Mid-cycle seat additions are prorated to the day; removals take effect at renewal.
- Enterprise invoices are on NET-30 with a PO field; all other plans are on card or ACH.
Download invoices from Workspace → Billing → Invoices. For tax-exempt status (EIN, VAT number, etc.), upload the certificate in the same place.
