Migrating from Jira

Our Jira importer handles:
- Up to 50,000 issues per run
- All issue fields, comments, attachments up to 25MB
- Active and closed sprints
- Labels, components, epics
- User mappings via email
Custom fields require a mapping step. We support text, number, date, select, multi-select, and user fields. Script fields and Jira expressions are not imported — you'll need to re-create them in TechSync.
A typical 2,000-issue import runs in about 12 minutes. Ask support to schedule larger imports off-peak.
