Cycles (sprints)

A cycle in TechSync is what most teams call a sprint. By default:

• Duration: 2 weeks
• Start: Monday 00:00 local
• End: Friday 17:00 local (second week)

You can override this per team in Settings → Team → Cycles.

When a cycle ends, unfinished issues roll forward into the next cycle with a rollover reason required on each (dependency, scope, sickness, re-prioritised). The reasons surface in the cycle report.
