Priority Inbox is where support tickets, bug reports from bugs@yourdomain.com, and GitHub issue mentions land before they enter your main board.
Each incoming item is auto-categorised by TechSync's triage model: - Team — Platform / iOS / Growth / … - Priority — Urgent / High / Medium / Low - Suggested response — a draft reply for the support surface
Reviewers can accept, re-assign, or convert to issue. Converted issues keep the original ticket thread attached.
Availability: Priority Inbox is available on the Business plan and above. It is not available on Starter or Team.
