The issue graph: parents, children, blockers
Issues can reference other issues as parent, child, blocked-by, or related.

TechSync uses a single graph across the workspace for issue relationships. You'll see four edge types:
- Parent / child — hierarchical (an epic → stories → tasks).
- Blocked by / blocks — workflow dependency. Blocked issues show a red dot and are filtered out of cycle velocity.
- Related — soft link for discoverability.
- Duplicate of — closes one into another; activity merges.
Blockers are first-class: when a blocking issue is closed, the blocked issue's assignee is notified in their standup the next morning.
